Taco Bell

"I have tried to share my opinion 3 times so far and it gets deleted. We go up there sometimes after going to Walmart because it is convenient after going through the Walmart experience. Don't feel the need to go there anymore. We have been yelled at and embarrassed in front of other employees and other people waiting in the drive thru, order has been incomplete many, many times. Employees didn't seem to concerned about it. Couldn't get our money back. Tonight we went there thinking it would be alright since the last time was great. NOT!!!! Got home started to eat and found no lettuce and no cheese on the tacos. Cold, again, taco shell not cooked. Could hardly chew any of it. Called up there three times and was hung up on. Finally got someone to answer told him what the problem was and he told me to drive up there again tonight. I told him that we wouldn't be able to do that. He told me that we could come again tomorrow. I asked if they had someone cooking he said No. Every taco was broken in half on top of everything else. Plus the employee hung up on me again. I wouldn't recommend that anyone go there especially when the employees are so rude. I am sorry that people take more pride in themselves and don't care if their job is done correctly. Sad state of affairs!!"

"Charged me for items I ordered, yet I was given cheaper menu items. The basic crunchy taco I was given (not ordered) was completely busted & was like taco salad in a wrapper. I was in a hurry, traffic heavy so I didn't return to the drive thru. Figured they wouldn't care or would do something to replacement items given the attitudes of employees on 2/9/24 about 5:35 pm. Will not recommend this location on Bolger to anyone."

"Just wanted to remind everyone in the area that this is the worst Taco Bell in the area, and it’s not even close. Complaint is not even with the food, although I’m sure it’s poor, but consider yourself fortunate if you even receive food. Every Time I have attempted to order this place they tell me that their systems are down or some other excuse. And I’m not going 10 minutes before close. This could be hours before close and it’s like they’ve already closed up. Just keep on driving and don’t waste your time with this place."

"apparently it takes their teenage employees (with no supervision) 27 minutes to get out a mobile order with 4 items. the lack of communication as well as sanitation, as i came inside to get my order, was ridiculous. managements do better."

"just left, whoever the guy with the euro-esque accent was taking the drive-thru orders is wonderful. absolutely top notch customer service, made ordering very fun. loved the little addition of the note on our napkins, over-all money well spent"
