Avis Car Rental

"The team seemed to be unorganized. Took 30 minutes to get my car that I reserved ahead of time. Car smelled faintly like smoke and not very clean. The facility itself was unclean and seemed to be used for personal use. Saw clothes and other junk in lobby. The only reason I didn’t give lower score is that the people were nice. They can easily turn this into a 5 star review if they clean up the facility and get a bit more organized."

"Maya reservation for an Uber car rental 6 weeks in advance only to be called the night before and canceled on until I would be put back on the waiting list. Made another reservation three weeks in advance only to be told my credit wasn't good enough to rent a car. Was lied to by the young manager Tyler who told me it was equifax's decision and gave me a blue piece of paper which clearly stated that it was not their decision that it was ultimately on Avis. So let me get this straight if I don't use a credit card I use my bank card I have to have my credit run for a car rental that's paid for in advance! Make this make sense and tell your manager Tyler his cocky overconfident attitude was quite the turn off! Hi was egotistical, rude and probably could have told me all this information before I wasted my time!!"

"I have rented cars and SUVs from Avis in Arnold, MO for three year (Since Moving Here) Tyler has always been professional and understanding. I have needed cars in a pinch and he has always been able to accommodate , even after he told me he had nothing available. I would recommend Avis and Tyler in Arnold when needing a vehicle."

"Reservation, pickup, and drop off was fine. I took away a star because the car was pretty dirty in the backseat and trunk when I picked it up. Didn’t notice until I had driven home and by then it was too late to swap it out."
