Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"The Arnold Enterprise is great, as usual. I needed a vehicle the day after an ice storm so they were tight on available vehicles. Even in a stressful situation, they were all super kind and accommodating and gave me a free upgrade to a truck. My kids loved it. Hannah even wrote me a personal email following my rental thanking me for my business. Great service - completely satisfied! -Adam"

"Got a car here through insurance after an accident. They were very polite and made it easy to get the car, with options to be picked up at various locations or whatever was easy for us. Original car was a total loss so we bought a new one, and Enterprise also made it very easy for us to return the rental as we picked up the new. Definitely will return if I need a rental in the future."

"Was suppose to pick up a rental for work. Got there and they had canceled my reservation because I wasn't there at noon when my boss had set up the rental to be picked up. They also did not have any cars available until tomorrow afternoon. No call or email regarding if we still needed the car nor anything about the reservation being canceled. Every time I rent from here there is some issue. Whether it be on the front end with he reservation or afterwards with extra charges."

"Well... I told them that I was going to be there between 330 and 345 to pick up the vehicle. Jake said no problem, and he was going to give me a truck. When I got there, I was informed that I wasn't getting a truck and that it was still at the oil change place. Which was fine. But at what point did they know that the oil change was not going to get done. Therefore, they should have had another car ready, in which case they did not. I sat for 10 minutes waiting for them to get the other car. Finally, it shows up, they vacuumed it out. I get it and take it home. I noticed the windows weren't cleaned, which I cleaned all the windows. I was also informed by my wife that not only are they charging me for the 50.00 deposit(which I will not get all of it back, because they have now added additional taxes) but they are charging me an extra 72.12. I called back and they told me that they were sorry, and that they would get that refunded and will call me back when they have done that. I never got a call. I have rented from Enterprize before and never had issues like this. Think twice before renting from enterprise"
