"Outrageous charges and terrible customer service. Rented a car for a week estimated cost $285. Car provided just shy of full tank. We needed for an extra day and sent the car back just shy of a full tank. $307 extra charges, originally $400 in extra charges…. Help was not sufficient. $93 off. $307 is a weekly rate not daily. Terrible resolution ability. Not coming back and will let it be known not to go here. TRY THRIFTY CAR RENTAL IN KIRKWOOD. Rates much better."

"Rented vehicle online. Went to pick up signed paperwork. Ran credit card for deposit. I said to young man on my end it says transaction cancelled. He stated I know there we go we good on my end. I get call on way home ( I’m driving hubby truck ) hubby driving rental. They made a mistake and checked us out as someone else and need us to return to store. Not helpful when I suggested taking info over phone. Very frustrating we are going to be late for kids activities"

"Went to pick up a 12 passenger van we had reserved. Wasn't cleaned out at all, dog hair everywhere. 3/4 tank of gas. The license sticker expired 2 years ago. Bugs all over front of van. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to clean the van. I changed wiper blades on it, I did get reimbursed for them. Their excuse was thar they have been busy. Excuses are like butts. Everyone has one, and they all stink! I did get 125 off rental. I will use them again and see if anything has changed. I hope it does."

Tyler was such a delight, from the time I called until the time I left. He was so personable and made me feel like I wasn’t “just another customer”.
