"I brought a tire in to get patched on a Thursday morning. I specifically requested that it be patched and not plugged. They never called to tell me that it was ready. I went back to check if it was patched on Tuesday. I found that they had plugged the tire, and they didn't even do a very good job of plugging the tire. The attached picture is the spot where they plugged the tore. Update: I was mistaken. They both patched and plugged the tired, but forgot to remove the blue adhesive backing from the patch. The patch in the 2nd picture was found inside the tire when a different auto shop worked on the tire. I am updating to 2 stars because they did what I asked, but made a mistake."
