"Called around 4pm to see they could take me for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me to come on in.. got there and was serviced immediately. The coolest thing was although my car was telling me I needed an oil change, the technician explained the reason why I didn't and that I still had 2000 miles to go. Definitely will do business with them again."

"I went in for an oil change and was greeted by Joe with a very professional and warm demeanor. I was very satisfied upon completion of the work done. I will certainly recommend your business to friends and family and will, myself go back again for services."

"I am not satisfied with the service I received. I dropped my car off on a Friday. I didn’t get any information as far as what repairs were needed or when It would be done until the next week. Then the completion date was changed from a Tuesday to a Friday. I’m a Lyft driver so I was losing money this entire time and had to pay more money to extend a rental car. After getting the car back late Saturday it still has problems. It cut off twice on the way home. Now I’m out of over $2500 with a car that still isn’t repaired. When asked about compensation for the extended time and still incomplete job I was met with a stern no. I wouldn’t recommend this Meineke to anyone. Hopefully I get a get resolution this week, but I’m not confident."
