"Friendly and honest company. Within a day of filing a claim they had time for me to come up for an assessment. I got blasted by a few rocks that left multiple chips and they were only able to fill two. They told me the ones they couldn't would eventually crack/spread based on the location, so it was best to get the most life out of this windshield and then replace at a later date. Really appreciate the straightforward and honest feedback. Saved me money for now and when time comes, I'll definitely be back!!"

"We ordered a custom window from this company on August 30, 2021. When we received the glass it was 1/8 inch too large. When we contacted the company, the owner - Jerry- stated that there was nothing they could do as we provided the wrong measurements. We read them the measurements that we had provided from the written piece of paper. At that point, the owner stated that he "remembers" every order ever placed and we provided the wrong measurements. He refused to do anything to correct the issue stating it was our problem because we provided the wrong measurements. The owner was rude and condescending. I find it a bit difficult to be true that a customer order 11 weeks ago is so fresh in his mind that he is certain the measurements are correct. Be careful with this one. $400 for glass that is now in the trash can. They refused to even offer any type of discount to re-order a new window. No responsibility at all for the mixup that could have just had easily been that they wrote the incorrect measurements down. As you can see on the picture- we ordered on 8.30, however, they did not submit the order until 10.11 after we had called and asked when the window would be in as it was a few weeks behind the estimated time. It was in the next week. Complete disregard for customer service. This is the first review I have ever written but I wouldn’t want anyone else to be out $400 plus dollars because the company wrote the wrong measurements down."

"I have known The owner and his son and his family here for probably 28 years or so and I personally have never had 1 ounce of a problem with any work they’ve ever did for me this is a good company to go to for auto and home windows commercials jobs they do a little bit of everything keep up the good work Ron"
