"Went to take my sons wheelchair to get the lock in mechanism put back on. But the service guy stated he had to order some metal cause my sons chair was expanded.. Been over a week now waiting for a call back to when the parts will be in.. ..if looking for a new van or pre used one or even repairs done right and not getting lost in the paper work or forgetfulness? I would suggest North county sales/service dept..instead of fentons"
