"The employees can be nice at this place, however with that being said, every time I have gone here I end up spending way more money than they originally quote me for the services needed. They even gave me the wrong part, then argued that they gave me the wrong part, and then finally rectify the situation the next day by coming out to where I was docked and replacing the part. If I was basing my review on one or two employees the Stars would be much higher, but since I'm basing it on the business, one star is exactly what it deserves, if not zero Stars. My advice to you if you need to use this place, is to get a very good idea of how your generator works and what is wrong with it before you go in and do a little Price shopping beforehand, it will save you a ton of grief!"

"Bought 900$ of parts. They sent wrong part clearly on their end. After iv drove there twice they said they would deliver the correct part and take the wrong one back. They never called me when correct part showed up like they said they would and now refuse to deliver the part like they say they would also. Very poor customer service especially since i buy 10k in parts a month abroad."
