"I’m giving it two stars because they did paint the bumper. I deducted 3 stars because it looks like they painted the bumper in a windy hay field and there’s debris in it like they didn’t even use a tack cloth or booth, there was evidence of water/oil on the surface during painting, it had runs on the bottom, and they painted over little and big rock chips. Called and spoke with the manager, and he declared that is their normal practice. It is what it is I guess, todays quality continues to go down the drain and “it’s okay.”"
