"Gosh, i dislike complaining on any worker… but when a person is an assistant manager and is never friendly or answers your question without an “eye roll” or “shrug of a shoulder”absolutely floors me. We have stopped there 3 times going towards Wheatland Mo..and the guy looks and act’s angry, or hates his job or people.. Sad. And I’m never rude to him. I stopped there tonight, and when he acted the same way as the last 2 times.. I had to ,catch his name.. His name is Drew. I sure hope he finds some happiness .. because he wears his “unhappiness” on his sleeve. I know all of us have our struggles .. but we can’t take it out on others. I’ve worked in the public , ( server) since i was 16 …( I’m 60) My motto is ,if you don’t want to smile , I’ll give you mine. Smile sometimes Drew…. because your attitude is so dreadful. Sorry."

"Normally this place is not bad. But today I stopped by to get ice cream. I stood there for like 5-7 min and the guy at the counter didn't say anything so I ask if there was anyone back there to help. He said no they couldn't go get any he had to stay behind the register. I understand that. But why did you watch me stand there for 5-7 min and not say anything. Guess he wasn't trained in customer service."
