"Work was done. I’m assuming efficiently. I don’t know if it’s a Missouri thing, I’m new here, I didn’t get a feeling of caring. Hard to explain. In other states I got a feeling they were genuinely concerned with how they were perceived, friendly. Never had to ask to have the car washed before, was always offered and it was always a good job, inside and out. Not here. Like I said, maybe this is the norm here. I’ll find out when I go to a different Subaru garage next time."
