"Love Barnes and Noble. Large selection of books and games makes it a go to shopping destination for me. Took away one star because often the front desk/checkout is understaffed and this come across as the staff being a bit flustered and not as friendly as when they have more workers. Also the scattering of books on tables sometimes makes it harder to find what I'm looking for if it is not also in the genere/section."
