Crazy Bowls & Wraps

"I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time, but after trying it I feel like a fool. When I walked in I was surprised that there was no one in there during lunchtime on a weekend, but I learned why. First of all, it’s so overpriced. When the cashier showed us the total I was genuinely surprised. I live in Chicago and always order Sweetgreens, which is in fact a lot cheaper than the place. Second, I know food taste can be very subjective, but everyone in my friend group agreed that the food is just not good. For example, there’s too much sauce in the wraps, while the quinoa feels uncooked. Lastly, like many other reviews pointed out, the staff isn’t super friendly. My suggestion: make the ordering process more customizable. Like subway, where you can see the ingredients and how much they are putting into your food. Ditch the first step where you have to choose from the preset flavor base."

"Very customizable menu. This location is there best location. We enjoy the buffalo chicken wrap with sauce on side and the sweet and sour chicken bowl. They serve tortilla chips as the side and they are good."
