"As far as QTs go, this one is quite clean and well organized. Frequently busy but staff seems to manage quite well. At this visit, this picture is of me leaving without spending a dime. Why? Because getting ready to drive to STL a wanted to air all my tires for safety and fuel efficiency. But, this was the THIRD QT along my 3 mile drive out of town where the “free air” machines were out of order. Frustrated, I just drove to a hyvee station and just threw my money at them. $48.23 in premium gas, and $14.18 in assorted snacks and drinks for family and 75 cents for air. That’s QTs loss. Assuredly more when need to get air in the future. My time and safety on the highway is clearly not QTs concern. One out of order, I could understand, two, I see the possibility, but three out of order IN A ROW shows a chronic corporate disregard for customers who utilize QT for this service. I’m not going to completely STOP using QT. But they have lost my trust and money when I fill up and hit the road. When I have the car full of family and need to hit the road, I don’t have the time to drive from QT to QT in hopes that their air is working. Their ‘free’ air for customer’s convenience is not a priority. So be it."
