"My experience has been an absolute nightmare. Please do not give your hard earned money to these crooks. I recommend FB marketplace if you're looking for affordable items. Me and my husband are still paying off the overpriced TV we rented 7 months later, looking back we definitely regret not going somewhere else. He's payed in cash through his job and so we're unable to do automatic payments and these people show up at our house and harass us weekly. We are signed up for bi-weekly payments and despite us ALWAYS paying every other week they still continue to come to our residence BANGING on the door not once,not twice but 6 or 7 times repeatedly. It's horrifying and we're already planning on suing once this disaster is payed off. Never ever again will we use rent a center. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life."
"I had rented and paid a queen bed and a TV and have never had any issues doing monthly payments even though I get paid every two weeks. I got a king matress here after 4-5 months of not renting because I paid off my TV. Refused to let me do a monthly payments. Honestly very sketchy. It seemed there were alot of new workers since I've last rented something from this location."

"The company that I work for does a lot of business with this Rent A Center in specific. Personally most of the time I get to speak with Mike or Nate and I just have to say these guys always have treated me with the upmost respect and courtesy. Our jobs can be a tad overwhelming at times but I would never be able to tell when they are. They are just kind. You don't find kind anymore and they deserve to know!"
