"DO NOT take your car here. March 18 2022 I took my wife's car to have the transmission rebuilt. Quoted $3600 Dropped it off and Bob told me it would be 3 days after waiting a week I heard nothing. So I called them and got told their "Dodge guy" is out. Ok no biggie waited another week still had heard nothing So I called back and ask when my car would be ready if they was to busy I could take it to another shop. April 5th I finally got my wife's car back. I dropped it off it had 139,xxx miles. August 30th the car started doing what it did before the reason I took it up there. I called he told me it was my responsibility to get it back up there. I live an hour from there didn't offer to split the tow bill or anything. I had it dropped off Sept 1st received a call September 2nd saying it would need rebuilt again. Now the car has 141,xxx miles. So the transmission didn't even make it an oil change. I waited for him to call to tell me it was ready. That was Sept 14th went to pick it up and had transmission fluid all over the hood, fender, head light all in the engine compartment. Along with broken windshield washer nozzles. I called them and was told to bring it back up there. St this point I'm tired of driving back and forth having the car towed. January 30th 2024 the car now has 147,xxx miles and the transmission is acting the same way it was when I took it up there. I called and he told me to bring it up there. So I trailer it back up there and drop it off. He calls me once I'm back home and they are about to close saying there is something broke in the transmission and since it's not under warranty it would cost $2800 to $3600 to "rebuild it". Not even 10,000 miles on the first rebuild let alone the second time. I took it to a friend's where we are now dropping the transmission. Can't help but feel that not once but twice I junk yard transmission was put into my wife's car and I paid for a rebuild. Beware before using this company just know there is a 90% possibility that your getting a junkyard transmission that cost beetles up to $500. I'm pulling the transmission and seeing if it had the factory torque converter in it."

"Good people. My son plays on a football team with the son of an employee. Beadles paid for a large portion of their uniform cost. Thank you!"

"Great guys. They took a look at my transmission and it was OK. I fully expected to pay a fee for their time service. They didn’t charge me. I’ll be back next time I need help."

"Beetles transmission is the worst shop you could bring you vehicle to. They will take and put a junk yard transmission in your vehicle and steal your ORIGINAL TRANSMISSION. They will charge you over half the price of a new transmission. My transmission was worse after they worked on it. They left transmission wires hanging down and so many more issues with the transmission. Never bring your vehicle here. They will steal from you and then lie about it. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!!"
