"If you’re looking to buy a car in good condition, wrong choice. 1)Quality isn’t anything special. The cars in the lot are alright at best, but they ALL need work. They will try to convince you to come back for detailing and fixing. I’d rather not have to come back after I’ve purchased the car to have it refixed. The other cars had ripped seats, bad paint, dirty interiors. The radio didn’t even work in one of the cars. 2)Warranties. The owners will push heavily for warranties. They want to start a warranty company if anything. They will push you that it’s such a deal but won’t highlight the other side that it’s not always worth it. They come off like it’s just as important as insurance, when it doesn’t cover the stuff that matters. 3)Knowledge. The owners are NOT up to date about the values of cars. They misquoted the car I was looking for about 5k higher than the actual value. When we said the actual price, they started saying we should question the guy who priced our other option that low (it was a fair value). 4)Selling Tactics are a joke. He kept asking multiple times if we had concerns and when we said nothing or no, he kept highlighting things we already talked about… They started by interacting with my whole family but the second he knew I was the one making the decision, he put on a whole show to take us into the office to discuss more warranties and stopped giving my boyfriend eye contact and was ignoring him…how weird and disrespectful. He kept pressuring me to “pull the trigger.” He also lied to us multiple times. My family watch an older person look at and ignore a car I was looking at. The owner said the older couple wanted the car I did, so we should probably consider it. My family got a kick out of that. If you’re looking for a place that can repair your car consistently, sure go for it. If you’re looking for a good car lot and a good, honest, smart salesman, I’d look else where."

"I think one of the best dealerships In town. Dmytro made the buying process every swift and easy, even fought on my behalf when I had issues with the car dealership where I bought my previous car that I was using as a trade in. And as a side note, I was working at the hvac company next door from the new building him and his family where transitioning the car lot over too and every day I saw theme driving excavators, steamers and some days with shoves in hand during that forgiving heat wave that we had earlier this year. So real genuine work will be done on your car."
