"Had all new systems put in 2 years ago one is already breaking and the part that's under warranty is still $500 for them to install it, and they were supposed to install it a week ago, and the parts still not in and my kids are sick and have no heat. This company sucks just go with a different company! They were supposed to call with an update on part and still have no clue when they are coming back out.."

"I was in Florida coming back to my home in Carthage and ask them to come and check out my AC unit and told them that it was a starter capacitor because I knew what it was. they're representative came to my home and told me I needed a new contactor starter cap and that it would be almost $700 I told them to leave. I came home went on Amazon and bought the starter capacitor for $16, replaced it myself and my system is still running since September 19th when I did that. Beware they are trying to sell you things you don't need get a second opinion, it cost me their service charge plus the cap that I replaced within 10 minutes, please get a second estimate on your equipment and repairs this company is just out for money! I will never call them again!!"
"After being a customer for several years we received a grant through the VA and was awarded the grant I called this company and had them come out and bid. Made them aware this was a grant through the VA and was told no problem we accept it all. After a week and several phone call to Mary l finally get a e mail that made me aware they don't do grants but would be more than happy to pay them and l bill the VA. They left me hanging after a week. I put a post on their site someone called and explained that when they put everything in a box the veteran didn't fit. They don't do third party payee. So we are third party according to them. So we are done and l would not recommend anyone that sees my husband as someone who doesn't fit in the box."
"Micheal and Dustin did a great job! Very friendly, we even talked about our dogs and made it a good experience! I defiantly recommend them they did a wonderful job and we will be asking for them for any further plumping assistance."
