"I had a long day of flight delays and it was a breath of fresh air to land at SFG. Overall positive experience at Springfield, MO (SFG). First the facility is clean and modern which complemented the friendly counter staff. "I’m a long time Emerald Aisle Executive level renter and have always appreciated the ability to choose my own vehicle. This is especially important when traveling with my golf clubs and needing an SUV. I didn’t realize that Springfield has to assign cars upon arrival, and with 4 bags of clubs I was concerned. Not to worry though, the excellent counter staff found a vehicle that would suit my needs and my group was off quickly. Excellent vehicle and staff. Will happily continue renting from National."
"Dishonest workers! I made the horrible mistake of leaving some collectible currency in the console. The Dallas airport facility has NO phone number to call. I talked to 800 line and they told me to fill out a form and they’d get with me ASAP. Days went by, nothing and finally was told they didn’t find it. Of course not it is in someone’s pocket. Extremely disappointed. My fault but still an honest person would have come forward."
"Beware of this National Car location. I was left stranded in Springfield after flying into SPF with a confirmed reservation. The branch manager, John, exhibited the absolute most unprofessional customer service I've experienced in 25 years of renting cars at airport locations for business. He had cars to rent, but wouldn't honor my confirmed one-way reservation. I suggest you do NOT rely on this location and give a competitor your business if visiting Springfield."
"We rented a car from the Springfield, MO. location for a vacation in Branson/Eureka Springs. Jordan S. did a terrific job on checking us in and out. Jordan was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to to business. I would absolutely recommend National Car Rental at the Springfield MO. Airport location."
