"I'm usually not THAT person but I'm going to be today. Ordered from Rangeline Popeyes and thankfully the driver got our food to us on time, HOWEVER, the food looked (and tasted) like it had been underneath a heat lamp for hours and was mildly warm. They put EACH INDIVIDUAL biscuit in its own container (we ordered 4) and half of the 1/4 lb shrimp was non-existent. Paid over $50 for poorly presentable, warm & over cooked food. Never again."

"Been standing up front waiting for over 30 minutes boxed part of my order and had it sitting on the counter getting cold the whole duration of waiting for the rest of the order couldn't even put it in a warmer attempting to keep it fresh. I don't want it and if it's the same ownership in Webb City they might as well stop building. I won't go there either. This isn't our first terrible experience here. About every 6 months we decide to try again. And have never once had a good experience. Fu-q Popeyes. Terrible you suck."

"I love Popeyes! I’m from La. & I go to Popeyes all over the US as I travel often. The management / franchise / leadership at this location overworks their staff and never has enough staff. Wait times are excessive and quality of the food is usually subpar. *Don't use an app to purchase as they don’t give you what you order again it’s due to poor management/ownership and they have no staff. Sunday July 23, 2023 there were 4 people working. This is for lobby, drive through, DoorDash, cooks and just bad leadership and poor staffing. They will not allow you to order until they are caught up on orders so the wait time is excessive and the food isn’t available when you order: The 4 people that are staffed are working very hard and it’s unfortunate that Popeyes chooses to treat their customers and staff so poorly. The staff told 4 people in front of me they were sold out of chicken strips and sold out of spicy chicken and sold out of sweet tea and it was obvious they just didn’t have the staff to assist the customers. Good Food - Poor Management - Poorly ran company"
