"I was able to book an appointment online quickly a couple days in advance. I was contacted by Eric. I let him know what I needed. I also expressed my concerns about being taken advantage of, as a women. It's happened to me at other shops in the past. Before, during, and after, I was contacted and updated. When I went into the shop, Eric was at the desk. I told him my name. He acknowledged our conversation. I didn't have to go over everything with another person. So appreciated! No one wants to spend the money, lol. But, the pricing was very fair for the things I needed done. And I felt safe in all ways with that. I highly recommend this shop both for their customer service on the front end, in office, and getting the work done so quickly and correctly. Thank you so very much!"

"I called around several places looking for a quote on a CAT code being thrown by my check engine light. I had quotes all over the board from repair shops all over Springfield. I decided to give A-1 a shot because they seemed to shoot me straight for all the questions I had. I ended up getting an oil change, which was the standard going rate compared to everywhere else in Springfield. I also had them change out my rear brake pads and rotors. I was hoping to keep my rotors and have them turned down but they advised against it, which I understand. The brake job seemed a smidge high but I didn't want to run my truck to multiple places. And they offer a 3-year/36K mile warranty. Kevin was super friendly and they fellas were able to get all my repairs done in the same day! Truck is running great! I'll be using these guys for a tune-up on my truck in the near future. I'll also be bringing back my wife's Explorer for a 60K mile service, too. Highly recommend these guys."
