"We usually love Tropicana when we come to town! Today was much different. Our waitress, Victoria, was not welcoming. We were sat upstairs, which is fine if you remember to wait on us. We had to get our own refills or ask another waitress that was upstairs for service. All the wait staff had no smiles, moved very slow, and none were welcoming today. We watched below as many customers had to walk up to the bar to get something they needed. They need to clean tables faster as well instead of leaving dirty dishes, cups, and rash all over tables and the floor. The waitress with glasses and cut off shirt kept touching her face and then touching cups and such at the bar. Very poor service. Not impressed at all. They weren't busy at 2 pm. Food was fantastic! We got the nibblers and John Wayne Burger."

"Really cool vibe and great service. Relaxed at the bar with my husband and we ordered the spinach dip, which was AMAZING, and two different burgers with fries. Plenty of food and it was all delicious. Service was great! We will definitely be back!"

"Usually a hoppin' local eatery, I was able to stop in for a late lunch during inclimate weather for a tasty unique burger. Their menu has quite a variety from burgers, sandwiches, tacos, and salads. They put a nice spin on the flavors of each menu item to create a fantastic fusion of flavor for the taste buds. Their drink menu shares the same artistry with drinks and concoctions alike. The service was very friendly, prompt and helpful. There is alot of seating room, and I hear it fills up with people in the evenings and weekends for an active dining atmosphere. I certainly would recommend a stop here for some flavorful options and variety."

"I was sent to Joplin for business training. I went to Tropicana because it was highly recommended by the staff at the training facility. I had a cold beer, the Philly cheesesteak, and a slice of butterfinger cheesecake. It was all so good! The, food, the atmosphere and the staff were all great!"
