"I get most of my shirts from this store. The staff are helpful and respectful. The stuff is fairly high quality so it can be expensive, but they often have 40-60% off sales which allow you you by twice as much. ; ) Or maybe get a deal on that awesome coat that will last you for a few years minimum! They have a membership/loyalty and probably have a store card I never really pay attention, pay in cash or card, but also give my phone number/email..so maybe its building up to something!"
"Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I wandered in after being let down by build a bear closing early on their “pay your age” event. As I was looking around the store a travel suitcase caught my eye and was very interested in purchasing it that day, one of the staff members proceeded to tell me that on Amazon Prime day they would be having a sale for 50% off everything in the store to compete. They were nice enough to hold it for me so I could come get it at 50% off and I actually ended up getting two and a couple other things that day. Love the quality of Eddie Bauer."
