"Their kind, courteous and on time. The staff is great and helpful. The staff is made up of some wonderful people. I enjoyed a visit there. Whatever doctor is attending me he does a good job and the assistants are great too. And they talk to me in Spanish, if they know Spanish, as I'm bilingual. Thank you for a great experience. "I have been happy with this comfort dental. This visit was more disappointing. After being called back a half hour after the scheduled appointment, My son was given xrays that were not covered by the insurance, so we had to pay out of pocket for them. I was not happy about that. The front office staff seemed not with it. Before this appointment, I was at 4.5 stars. Today would be 2 stars, so I'll average."
"The are hiring younger teens each time i go. This last visit was my cleaning and they barely cleaned my teeth and then the girl asked me “do you feel anymore bumpy inside your teeth” I shouldn’t be the one checking your work. The cleaning was so delicate. I brush me teeth with more pressure than that tool they use. And then they forgot to add fluoride like the doctor told them too. No supervision. Doctor always attending other patients and doesn’t check their work. Not coming back here."
"3 appointments in a row at 8 am left me sitting for 45 min. Finally told dentist wasn’t even here. 9 hours of PTO wasted. They had me prepay each time so a refund was then needed. Ridiculously unprofessional. I am now unable to find a dentist to see me before end of year and that missed up my flexible spending benefits."
"I took my wife on 10/10/2023 , I wish that all dental office would be up front with their patients. It is sad when you go into the location thinking you are able to get dental care cause they have you in the chair. All to find out they cannot do the work due to payment cause your insurance is not covering this and that. It would be better and less embarrassing if you all run people's insurance first and let them know up front what their insurance is paying and what your portion will be before setting appointments . You all are in the business to serving the people and provide a vital service as a whole. People need to know up front a round about cost so they know what to bring in to pay for the care."
