"I highly recommend Auto Xpress for any auto repairs, tune ups, or other automotive issues. The technicians at Auto Xpress are knowledgeable, and always informative when it comes to any vehicle repairs. Auto Xpress was able to repair my husband's truck after a local dealership "fixed" his truck, but upon arrival to pick up the truck, the pulley broke again. The local dealership held the truck for 28 days before calling us to inform us it would cost $2800 to repair, again, on our dime. We had the truck towed to auto Xpress, and a short 8 hours later, the truck is fixed, and fixed properly. For under $700. THANK YOU AUTO XPRESS!"
"My husband and I, got into just to re-check our vehicle. We arrived around 4:45 pm. And the employees told us that they were not going to accept us because they were about to close. I get it. But the business hours are until 5:00 pm. Not 4, not 4:30 not 4:45 pm. Besides, the inspection vehicle is relatively a very fast thing to do. I got in at that time because I got early of my own work. And they dare to kick me off? Plus, the employee inspector was very rude, I can't read his name but it starts with the letter "J". We struggle a lot to find kind places were we feel welcome since we move into Webb City, and so far we have been treated poorly. Definetely, the owner needs to tell his employees that business hours are bussiness hours. End of the story. I will not come back for sure and I will never recommend this place. I know that the place will survive without me LOL. I just wanted to share my story."
"Don't give them a job that requires using their brain. I screwed up a job and told them my front brakes squeaked and my rear rotors needed replaced (brought my own directional rotors). The rotors were labeled left and right and somehow they managed to put them on the wrong side. They told me my front brakes didn't squeak and they clearly are. I've used them several times with ok experiences but don't use for anything more than an inspection honestly."
"This place was recommended from a friend and he was right. I showed up at the end of the day needing an inspection, and they got me right in even though the place was packed with customers and cars. I will remember this in the future and will bring them my business. The service and speed was appreciated."
