"I had fun looking through all the booths. Found these cool bookends and a few other things. The cashier was friendly. I will be going back. Thank you"

"I was sorely disappointed in one of my favorite antique stores today. I was treated so rude and disrespectfully by whom I assume is the owner. I was finally able to make it back for the first time this summer since I live over an hour away. After shopping for a while, I saw a Christmas tree in a small box. I pulled it out and it happened to be perfume in a Christmas tree—cool! I collect trees, so that’d be neat to research. I went onto eBay to try to find how old the product was, and searched for a while. I finally gave up, put my phone in my purse and put the tree back in its box and on the shelf. I turned around to see the gentleman looking at me, but I figured he was asking if I needed help again like they usually do. I ended up putting an item back I had in my hands and was going to return when I had my fiancé with me on our way home. My grandma checked out, we left the store and were looking at some chairs. The gentleman followed us out of the store and asked if I was going to pay for my items. I assumed he meant the tin I had, so I told him I had put it back in its booth. He then proceeded to accuse me of putting mini perfume bottles in my purse. I offered my purse numerous times to the guy and he refused to check—just claiming I was guilty and he was too busy to check. What was the motive of accusing me then? Even after showing him my search page of the Christmas tree, after offering my contact info once he “had time” to check his cameras, after offering a search of my purse, and AFTER checking the booth I was still guilty. No apology, just pure rudeness and condescending accusations. I didn’t even see the mini perfumes until we went to check the booth for the “stolen” products. I hate that I won’t be returning to this store, it always had great products and I furnished my whole basement with their antiques spending $400 last Summer. But customer service always kills businesses. It doesn’t look like I’m the first review to state this. I hope people see how horrid they treat customers, no matter how good the selection."

"I don’t understand how this place is still open. They have absolutely the worst customer service!!! The woman today at the register was of absolutely no help and was completely arrogant and rude! We were about to check out and had at minimum three hundred dollars worth of stuff. In the end we had to just walk out and leave it all behind simply because we were so turned off by her. ATTENTION VENDORS!! SHE IS MAKING YOU LOSE MONEY!!! If I owned that place I would definitely let her go! What a shame."
