"Here's the deal. Carthage is 30% Hispanic and the local Latin food scene is literally on point. La Tiendita is a place you visit when you want some hardcore real Mexican food. Tacos, menudo, gorditas, they have it all. It's a small place and get packed in no time, so make sure you get there early as parking can be a bit of a bleh, but worth it. The owners are so nice and they offer so much more than food. Bread, products for the home, pretty much anything for everyday life. Give it a visit and you will want to come back again and again."
