"I ordered through the mobile app and my order said it would be done by 5:36. I showed up at 5:45 and they hadn’t started my order. I waited for my order and when I got home they gave me 3 chicken sandwiches with NO CHICKEN ON THEM (just a bun with pickles on it). How is it even possible to put 3 buns in packages with no chicken and not notice? I called, apparently they can’t refund “it’s a third party.” I had to drive 10 miles back to town and they offered me an extra chicken sandwich. I’ve never met a bigger bunch of morons."
