"Towed in my 2017 Escape on 11/14/23 with a dead battery. It was replaced with a new battery very quickly. I had some issues with the installation. But when I talked to the service manger he resolved my issues & I am happy with the service I received. This dealer does a great job taking care of the 2 Ford vehicles I bought new from them & I will continue to use them for all future needs for these vehicles."

The service department was able to get me in right away and even has a place to drop my camper with electric and water hookups. Two hours later, and we were back on the road again.
