"The airport itself was great. I doubt I will ever by choice fly Delta again. We encountered the most rude, inconsiderate employees working for this Delta airline. They acted like we were putting them out by asking for assistance. The flight attendant actually stood and watched me struggling with something and did not offer to help. Is that not her job? I had to ask for help, and then she acted put out. It's been this way so far. We'll see how it is with the last leg of this journey. I should have taken their pictures and posted them."

"Very small quaint airport. Not many options for food and beverage. There are a FEW. Late night flights, there isnt anything open but rental and baggage claim. Luggage comes fairly quick. Rental car process is fast. The airport decor is very nice. Clean airport and decent restrooms."
"Spacious and easy-to-navigate airport for easy-in and easy-out travel. The open-air style of the main foyer and gate area takes a lot of the potential stress you can sometimes feel in other airports. The airport serves a number of airlines and also has several rental car options available. There are several gift shops and dining options. The main foyer has a wonderful history section where you can see a few full-scale replicas of aircraft from the early days of flight. There are also pictures and other historical items to see if you have the time. The airport is out a ways from Springfield, MO and about an hour-drive away from Branson, MO. I strongly suggest using Google Maps or other satellite-based mapping program to find it."
"I never have issues at this airport! It's small but they do a good job moving people through quickly every time. Sometimes there's not even a line at security! Everyone is always kind. I love that they have a local coffee shop inside security rather than a big chain coffee place. Overall I'm am regularly satisfied with this airport!"
