"Due to little guy having a pretty bad lip tie he hasn't been able to latch onto anything properly since we brought him home. It made feeding him troublesome so the lactation lady at the hospital during our week long stay recently actually recommended getting it cut with a water laser rather than cut normally. We had to drive all the way to Poplar Bluff this morning, but she was right! Dr. Blaich made everything really easy, he didn't bleed and we were done in about 30 seconds. Kieran barely cried and Dr. Blaich even gave us his cell phone number if we had any questions or concerns. If anyone has a baby that needs this corrected I highly recommend taking the trip as he is currently taking the bottle really well and we have an appointment scheduled with lactation to correct his latch for breastfeeding so hopefully things get a little easier soon. It's been nonstop feeding, then pumping and maybe an hour of sleep before we start all over again so hopefully this gets us back on track."
