The dentist was in agreement with her findings. She explained every step with me. I've already told a few people to try Family Dentistry. "I had an appointment at 3:00pm on Wednesday, February 24th for a cleaning with Debbie. My reminder message said 3:30pm instead, so I called your office to say that I had made another appointment for my exchange student daughter at 4:15pm. The person answering the phone said for me to come on in at 3:00pm there was no reason why Debbie couldn’t get me in then. I arrived at 3:00pm and sat there until 3:39pm, when Debbie came to take me back, I explained my concern about getting to my next appointment. Debbie (unknowing about what I had been told) had me reschedule for over two weeks later and she said that she would call me with cancellation times, if any came available. She also said, that I would meet the new dentist then, as well. It troubles me a bit that this will be at least the 4th change in dentists for me since Dr. Price left, after serving my family for over 30 years. I guess I will give them a chance, however I usually feel more comfortable, when changes aren’t made so frequently. Constant change often brings about a question of good service. Also, I feel that maybe more concern is being given to how much revenue the office is bringing in, versus my quality health care. Please use this information in considering past and future patients and how your office decisions and actions can reflect on your business."

"I arrived and was told that I was there on the wrong day, but it was OK they would take me anyway. I filled out my papers and the dental hygienist took my x-rays and all my information. She had to check in with my cardiologist to see if I could be seen without stopping my Eliquis so I would need to make a return visit, but I was told as soon as they had a response from my cardiologist that they would get back in touch with me. The doctor did come in and check on me and checked out my mouth. I was greeted by everyone with smiles as well as everyone was very professional. This was the second dental office that I had been to in Poplar Bluff. It was so much better than the other place I had been that I was so excited to make a review of this place, as it was very friendly as well as very professional. I recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist."
