"My mother had a bad experience recently where this dentist said he did not know which tooth was damaged and giving her an issue so he sent her home and said when she starts feeling more pain to return. He then was out of the office for 2 weeks which then my mother developed a severe infection and had to go to urgent care. She was weak with fever chills and so much pain she could not sleep. I had to come in from out of town to take her to a different dentist who found the issue right away. She had a badly cracked tooth. Cracked in 3 places. My mother is78 years old so this affected her terribly and could have lead to sepsis or worse."

"I recently had a visit with Dr. Beaird office for a cleaning. I previously had a negative experience with some office staff over a billing issue. It was noticed that I hadn’t been back in sometime and Dr. Beaird and staff wanted to know what happened. I explained the situation and what happened and how I was treated. He emphatically apologized and noted several issues with the front office he was not aware of at the time. He had taken action and addressed the issue. He and his staff have been nothing but great this time and I am happy to be able to speak openly and honestly to him about my care and service there. Thanks for the great experience!"
