"nasty drinks had no flavor and overpriced"
"I really wanted to like this place because it's right on my way to work... But I've been there four times and no one has gotten my very simple order correct. Each time I have asked for a double shot of espresso over ice in a large cup. The first three times I received a double shot of espresso over ice and the smallest cup that you serve, after changing how I word it to see if anything else got the point across. On the fourth time I specifically asked for a 32 oz cup with two shots of espresso over ice. I instead received an Americano in the 32 oz cup even after I explained that I like to put my protein drink in with the espresso. I tip 100% every time because of how inexpensive it is to make this drink. I just can't justify to continue going somewhere that hasn't gotten my order right yet."
