"I don't even know where to begin. The service is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE, I can name a couple employees, but out of respect for the spelling of their name, I won't butcher it. They are ALL amazing, I've had a SUPER positive experience with everyone in there. The food is absolutely amazing and 100% consistent, prices are not the cheapest but far from expensive, and have very large portions. I truly gorge myself getting 1 sushi roll and a hibachi meal. The atmosphere is pleasant and the restaurant is always 100% clean. It is absolutely insane that I say "Peniku" and occasionally people don't know the place instantly, this place deserves to be a staple in MO dining. Absolutely phenomenal place to eat and spend your time. And Barbie is amazing :P"

"Wow!! We went with some friends for a Saturday night outing and were really impressed with this place!I wish I could remember to take pictures more often. The food was very well prepared and delicious, the sushi was made fresh and delicious. The service staff was as friendly and helpful as possible. We loved it and will be back.A rel gem. So we went back again I was craving Sushi, I had a 3 roll plate. Boston roll,yummy roll ,and Salmon roll. It took a little time to get it I was served 5 minutes later than my wife but I can over look that they were busy. The sushi was as good as any I have had in KC area. I think I will be going south for great sushi and Japanese steak house style food way more often."
