"Stopped in for a quick bite. When opening the door, I was hit in the face with the smell of spoiled meat. I went to the bathroom, where 1 of the 2 toilets were working. The inoperable handicapped toilet was full of urine and wads of toilet paper, no "out of order" sign. There was trash on the floor and what appeared to be mouse droppings. Needless to say, I did not eat there."
"Best experience ever at a Wendy's. Went at lunch time and went in. The staff at the front were so perfectly friendly and the guests seemed to know them as well. The fries were perfectly cooked and salty."
"We pulled up to the drive thru at about 8:25 pm with 1 truck ahead of us. We ordered 2 sandwiches with large fries and 1 drink. We sat behind the truck in front of us for over 20 minutes. When we finally got to the pickup window we were told that they had to wait for the cheese to warm up for the nacho fries for the truck ahead of us. I asked why they didn't have the truck pull forward to wait, and she said "Oh no your food is ready, here." My son was handed a drink and a bag with only 2 sandwiches. I said, "Where's our fries?" She said sorry, let me get them. She came back to the window and I asked if both large fries were in the bag. She said no, let me get another one. Absolutely bad service! I won't be going back there again. $27 and change for the worst experience in quite a while!"
"I always know I can count on a decent, affordable, quick bite at Wendy's. When we pulled up, the drive-thru line was around the building. The line inside was also long. I stood in line and was immediately impressed! This crew was working together as a team. Every person was steadily doing their job. As I stepped up to the cashier, she started to apologize for the wait. I reassured her that the wait was not long. I commended her for continuing professionalism. This is a TERRIFIC team!"
