"It is 1pm, after lunch rush hour and we have been stuck in the line, unable to get out, for 34 solid minutes now. Still haven't even advanced enough to pay for our food. This is ridiculous. Even if there is just one person working, it should be faster than this. Never again."

"The service in drive thru stinks so bad I hate going here because of the service I love the food it would be my number one place to eat at daily but no one wants to sit in the 20 minute line no matter if u put your order in online it doesn't matter if no one else is there it will take u approximately 20 minutes from the time u get in drive thru to order to the time they give u ur food. I love the food hate the service."
"Brandy that took our order in the drive through and helped us at the window was the absolute sweetest and kindest lady I have came across in a very long time! You can tell she enjoys her job. She took the time to chat with us and ask us how our day was and to see if we were just traveling through. She even took the time out of her day to write a very sweet message on our to go bag! This Burger King is hands down the best one I have been to in a very long time! Wish we were just traveling through. BRANDY IF YOU SEE THIS! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS!
