"For the cost of food, the chicken strips were more like small cut up pieces. We ordered regular to feed the grand daughters and got several spicy pieces mixed in."
"Drive through head a short wait time, but there was only one car ahead of me. The young lady who took my order was friendly, polite, and helpful. I ordered the two piece and I wanted an extra one. She gave me the correct total, however I didn't receive my second order. I drove away without checking my order, so that's my fault. I can't get through on the telephone because it's always busy. The biscuit was hard, stale, and gross. The chicken leg was cold, but the breast was warm. The mashed potatoes were cold. I've never had a bad experience here before and I love Popeyes. I guess I'll have to drive back and hope they make it right, because the receipt wasn't in the bag either. Darn but still tastes good"
"Just awful service. 20 minutes in the drive thru, 3 different employees come to confirm my order that I placed on the app, a 4th one comes to tell me they’re out of what I ordered but can replace it. I say fine, another person comes and asks if they can replace it, and I say fine again. Then another 10 minutes of waiting at the pull around. This is the worst it’s been, but this location rarely has it together and frequently takes in excess of 10 minutes, even with no line and even after all that time they rarely get the order right. If you’re really craving Popeyes you can probably order at a different location and drive there and back before this location would have it ready anyhow."
"In the drive thru...it was slow maybe 4 cars ahead of me but sat for at least 15minutes. This was after 3pm. The food was fresh but it didn't have any flavor it was just chicken. . Like my bash of chicken mustav missed the seasons process... but it was FRESH!!"
"We love Popeyes chicken but this location leaves a lot to be desired. I order on the app because it's much easier for me, but even then my order is rarely fully correct. The sides are wrong or missing as well as the drinks. Once my "free" points item was missing."
