"2/5/24 Went for dinner . First off, the tables was wobbly considering it's a brand-new-store!! Missing burrito, asked for a bag also never got. Food was fine. Happy the soda taste good. Some places just isn't right."
"I was pleased with the Spencer, Connie, and Keyonna who go above and beyond. Happy employees who make sure to prioritize customer service !!! Returned on 11/28 and my order was prompt. That being said I wasn’t given napkins or sauce on my app order. Orders were coming out quick overall."
"Ordered at kiosk and waited 15 minutes, staff walked around and said sorry for the wait we are training staff. Other customers that came in after us all had gotten their food. Had to go to front desk and ask how our order was coming only to find out order had never been sent to the kitchen. Staff promptly re-entered the order into their system. Offered no compensation for the waited time. After receiving food found out one of the items had included sour cream when it was distinctly listed on the receipt no sour cream had to have item remade again no compensation for missed order quality. "I am a Rewards member and had a free taco for 30 days. I chose this location, it's close & new. The employees seemed to get annoyed that I got this free taco repeatedly. I would usually order extra food and repeatedly I didn't get my full order OR it was sub-standard. Please look at order #918155, 10/30/23 at 9:42pm. Ordered 2 of the new steak & bacon, paid extra for more steak & potatoes. Plus ordered my free taco. One steak & potato had NO potatoes or sour cream. The other was huge, so yes I got One with extra steak/potatoes. The free taco, I ordered the same taco for the 30 day reward. The nacho cheese taco supreme, Again there is no sour cream, Along with no taco sauces. That's another they kept doing - I say 4 taco sauces and Get None. This happened many times also. Why ask us what sauces, then give us none??"
