"The few times I have eaten here food was not very warm definitely sat too long my burrito hardly had anything inside mostly the tortilla more than ingredients."
"We usually order on the app and pick up through the drive thru, they are slow at times getting your order together, but my biggest complaint is they are inconsistent on getting your order correct and have had multiple occasions that I’ve ordered 2-3 of the box meals, and they just toss everything in a bag instead of a box so then I have to go through the receipt/order and see what was to be in each box. But I do love their quesadillas, although over priced for the little amount of cheese they put in them anymore"
"Ok, I've shared this problem last time I ordered. I had a rewards gift and tried again. When customers order food, a special box appears asking if you want sauces, dips, etc. It's even printed on the receipt. I didn't receive not one sauce package, napkins, plastic fork! I did order nachos with cheese, Only got the cheese."
"Horrible place. do not eat here. No one who works there wants to be nice or help you. Even though it's literally there job. Got horrible food tonight. Tacos were stale but yet cold and soggy at the bottom. Something tasted off with the beef. Asked for a grilled cheese chicken burrito, gave me nothing even like it. They heated up chicken, tomato and lettuce in a burrito. Didn't get me half of the chicken order from the kfc side. Literally ridiculous. Don't waste ur time on even going there."
"You can count on them messing up your order almost every time you go here. If you want a grilled burrito, you better make sure that they grill it. They will also leave food out of your bag. Make sure you check it thoroughly. The entire management team needs to be fired. Most of the time we drive out of the way to go to the one near 23rd Street and Noland road. It's a much better store."
