"I went in to pick up my order everything was fine until I turned around from counter and there was a lady sitting at a table with stuff of books and ect,,scattered out and looking at me real hard and making it known she was doing that made me uncomfortable I will not be going back.."
"Over 20 minutes for me to get my drink. The person who took my order was talking about me with her coworkers while I was waiting. The coworker came and tried to act all bubbly and carefree when clearly my friend and I were upset."
"Tip to owner HIRE BETTER STAFF will never be back to this Smoothie king again. Order was messed up and employees are ghetto As hell. Look into your business if you want to profit and succeed"
"Manager has no idea what she’s doing, her boss doesn’t have a clue (like about anything he’s just sunk his retirement into this business and doesn’t know how to run it). Which is obvious by the fifth in the store as well as the 90% TURN OVER RATE for employees (which explains the filth). Capitalism is simple: you receive customer money for a product, well the customer wants the product to be sanitary. You will not find that here, it has come to submitting a health department report. I’d advise going to any other smoothie place. Smoothie place, not a different smoothie king, don’t give them your money to prop up other failing stores."
