"Purchased a catering order from William and his team. From start to finish they were all amazing! Customer Service was top notch and food was hot and fresh. Kudos to this team!!!"
"Got there and they were out of regular wings except the ghost pepper ones. So I ordered them. He then asked me if I wanted any sauce (me being unaware that the ones i ordered came naked even though their advertised as being wet) he then tells me we don’t have this one, we don’t have this one, and we don’t have this one. Shaking my head. So I’m confused at this point and i’m wondering why an 30 year established chicken business doesn’t have any chicken wings. Who is in charge of inventory because you’re a chicken restaurant, you should never not have what you advertise. Food recipe is always good but the service has got to do better."
"This is the oddest thing I've ever had to say in a review. The biscuit in my wife's meal (that was wrong due to it being bone in chicken instead of chicken tenders) smelled and tasted like someone had been smoking weed directly into the oven that was making them. I didn't believe her at first but it literally tasted like I was eating a bad edible that a high schooler made. Edit: we also now have food poisoning. Nice job idiots."
"Cold/Old fries, popcorn shrimp. The spicy Chicken sandwich had no sauce. Tried to send us off with no drinks. Waited in line For 18min. $27 for two chicken sandwiches is bad enough but when it's not fresh....I won't spend another penny here! I suggest you don't either. F___k this place!"
"This location has gone way down hill in the last few months. I the last several orders I’ve gotten here have been cold and far substandard to the point. I haven’t even finished them. Today was by far the worst, Mac and cheese was maybe 1/3 full and I only got 3 tenders in a 5 piece order. Did end up mattering because I couldn’t eat the 3 I got they were beyond disgusting. I don’t even understand how that’s possible during the noon lunch rush."
