"Well let’s say I’m allergic to mustard. Requested no mustard on my hamburger. Got mustard. Asked for honey for dipping sauce. Got honey MUSTARD. Called to complain. They won’t answer phone. This is normal for this place!!!!!"
"Staff is a little ghetto, no outdoor seating of any kind. The drive through is narrow as hell, inside is pretty decent, but they kinda slack when it comes to the drink service station in the lobby. And if you order via mobile be prepared to wait and wait..you kinda have to stay on them until you get your order."
"This location always gets my order wrong. Today I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal and a diet Dr Pepper at the drive-through. They gave me a Coca-Cola and a McChicken with no mayo or anything. Did not get what I paid for. For the most part, everyone is nice!"
"One of the better McDonald's around. Normally they get things out quickly and accurately. I always order inside whether doing dine in or carry out. Manager seems like doesn't put up with employees goofing around. They do keep the inside really cold so sometimes hard to do dine in. Not sure if it's intentional to keep people from staying."
"My daughter came through the line earlier and I have never been so disappointed in an establishment. They forgot her Big Mac and then refused to do anything saying that “there’s nothing we can do” even though her food was visible. They also forgot her happy meal toy after she got home. They were so incredibly disrespectful and treated her as sub human over their mistake. This mcdonalds location is a poor excuse for fast food. The attitude and lack of customer service was appalling and we will be calling corporate over this."
