"I often put an order in on line. For a family meal for 7. Well my wife do. (I make the Money and you know the rest) I’ll get off of a stop here. Sometime they want to see the order on the phone. Then their other time they don’t ask. I just saying"

"I love the food. but the experience sucked. I ordered online at 5:20, was told to pick up in 8 minutes. I waited until 5:50, went to pick up and was yelled at because the store was understaffed and my order wasn't ready. I didn't cause a stink or complain, just said I had an online order and the employee was quite angry towards me. I won't be going back to this location and I will be contacting management. The employees shouldn't be so overworked that they are getting angry at customers ordering food at their restaurant. I'd advise everyone to use KFC in the area instead. They always work quickly and have friendly employees."
