"So the new cravings menu is just ok.. I will say that the guacamole on the new loaded nachos has a funny aftertaste and wasn't very good at all. Come on Taco Bell! You guys can make a better guacamole than that! I also tried the new double stack taco, it was decent. Over all the new cravings menu is interesting and has a few different things on it still that I'm curious about trying."

"Employees asked me to pull around to the front to wait for fries, they had just switched from breakfast to lunch. Employee was super nice. I pulled up front and parked directly in front of the door. I dont believe it was an actual parking spot but I wanted the employee to not have to walk too far. The employee came out and gave me my food within 2 minutes, again, super sweet lady. A car pulled up next to me in the handicap spot and a lady in a taco bell coat got out and started yelling at the employee about me being parked there. Super nasty lady. Employee, nor I deserved to be treated like that for being parked for 2 minutes. Management should be concerned about other things not yelling about customers in front of customers to employees."
"woman working window didnt give me my mild sauce even if they put it in the order they won't put it in the bag. Hardly put any beef on my crunch wrap or in my nacho bell grande. How hard is it to squeeze a bag?"
"Terrible service wrong items missing items. Don't recommend. Allergic to tomato ordered without and then had to go through every item to take it off. They even gave us a smashed burrito with its guts spewed every where. Then ordered 1 steak burrito and 1 chicken.... got rice burrito and 1 chicken burrito in the bag.... they can't do their job but expect a higher pay.... would like refunded for missing items and messed up items but guess what they blamed it on being short staffed. We get places are short staffed but messing up this much on 1 order.... seriously?"
