"Every time I go here, it's Sunday. This is the most ghetto Chipotle. Ever last night? I walked in try to make my order. All she could say is online orders only I said excuse me, she never looked up. Never made eye contact. All were taken as online orders not walked out what a bunch of idiots"

"Just curious, just left the location without food unless I wanted to wait 30 minutes for a chicken bowl. Was informed they are out of Rice, Chicken and vegetables, it was 630 on a Friday night. I would understand if it was 10 minutes before closing . I literally stood their arms watched 5 employees litterly doing nothing. The guy behind in line noticed the same thing and told me this is his last time spending his money at this location and Iagree. Never again will I step foot in the raytown chipotle location. I have never seen a lack of management on display as I did 30 minutes ago."

"I'd like to see better support from Chipotle corporate for the local management, and for the rest of the employees; until then in the meantime, we will not be returning to this location. Glad I opted for delivery in my recent order; throughout six times in the last two years, there has usually a dinner rush at this location during which we have waited 30+ minutes, which is understandable during the rush. Food was delivered in 40 minutes, which is also reasonable, especially for not having to wait in-store during. My burrito was delicious and to my specifications, thank you. However the others' orders had some issues: black beans underccooked with a slightly gritty texture inside; carnitas mixed in with a 1/2 steak 1/2 chicken order; and a short hair came with the quesadilla. Nothing endangering food safety (luckily for a family with food allergies), and the food was eaten and not wasted-- But with the cost of delivery doubling the bill to $80+ for three people, and the in-person wait times, we will not be coming back to this location until Chipotle improves their practices to provide better support to management and employees. Corporate decisions are disgracing a formerly excellent restaurant chain."

"Poor management is the issue here. I arrived to pick up my online order. The usual sign stating online orders only is on the door. Irritating, but I am getting used to poor service here and I ask about my order. With a straight face and dead to the world voice I was told that they didn't have burritos today. It is 11am and I have already paid $39 online because this location rarely allows walk in orders. I am also told that they can't give a refund and they can't even tell me how to get my refund. Going to Chipotle used to be an event. Walk in, long line, moves quickly, watch them make your fresh food, eat and enjoy. No longer. I have been consistently disappointed with this location for over a year now. You have finally lost my business."

"I tried to contact them on their website but they only offer a virtual "assistant" or phone number, and I don't have time to call nor deal with an "assistant" that takes a humans job, plus doesn't understand anything you type and isn't capable of fixing anything. Every time I get food from there they give hardly any meat, order extra meat for almost the same price as the meal, and still only get a little. This place charges way too much money for rice/FILLERS. Today I ordered 3 tacos, chips and guac. $22.96 with their $4 delivery fee that they don't give the drivers. Look at the pics, maybe a tablespoon of meat, all rice and made the tacos soggy. If I wanted mainly rice I would have ran over to the Chinese restaurant because that's what they're in business for. I feel this is taking advantage of people. Very disappointed. I've given plenty of opportunities by purchasing from them more than once, with the same result. I will not buy from them again."
