"Scammers and a racquet. We need federal investigators to come in and investigate and prosecute these criminals. They take people property and leverage it against them and hold it over their heads. Then if you can’t pay it all they keep charging you until you get the money and then by then it has multiplied by the number of day. If you have a disability or mental health illness they will laugh at you on the phone call you a low life because you are struggling and then hang up on you. You had no right to take the vehicle because it didn’t qualify as abandoned as it was at the shop getting worked on and just because they didn’t want to finish the job doesn’t mean it was abandoned. I hope your sons fall on your children as the Bible says the sins of the father shall pass to the child"

"Wish I could have given you No stars at all worst customer service. I have ever experienced in my life period my friend had everything he owned in the his identical when it was told these people won't even let him get his identification. There was a sale of the vehicle two, nothing from it car. They're so greedy, selfish ignorant , it's unbelievable. I don't know how they've stayed in business this long. I guess it's there greed That keeps them in busines. All I know is that I pray. God gives you everything you deserve every last thing. May you rott in hell."

"They took my truck won’t let no one in it, the lady that answers the call CUSSED at my fiancé that was being nice. I would never use these people they are trailer trash money hungry angry at life people. They will not give any information about your vehicle even if you won’t pay an arm and leg. Take my advice NEVER use these clowns. Awful business that need shut down!!!"

"Call to schedule a tow. They text & I sent pics of vehicle. Called back was given a price & scheduled a time. Pick up day they called when on the way. A flatbed & tow truck both showed up an hour later. Then the price went up $480. (I'm thankful I wasn't stranded on the side of road when they pulled this scam.) Excuses were given. Vehicle was not removed. BlG WASTE OF TIME !"
