"The old man that I talked to the whole time about my tire completely acted like he had no interest in being there and was NOT paying attention to anything I said when I was telling him which tire needed changed so I told him at least 4 times it's the drivers side that needs changed. Well, he changed the passenger side because he's incompetent. When I got to my car and seen this I told him he did the wrong one. He acted all pissy like it was somehow my fault that he doesn't know how to do his job. So apparently it pissed him off that he doesn't know the difference between drivers side and passengers side so he intentionally cross threaded one of my lug nut posts..."
