"Not quite what they say they are. I have been here twice they have good service and they are fairly fast but they advertise as having a 4.6 rating and currently are at 4.3. They also say about 15min oil change but it was about 30 min one time and the other time about 20 min. So not a deal breaker for me but not what they say they are."

"Once I pulled up to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change center in Joplin, the garage door was immediately opened and I was guided in. While there, I told them the services needed, was given a quote, and after they saw that I felt it was a little overpriced (transmission flush), not only did they give me a discount on the more expensive service, I also received a discount on the synthetic oil change service. I thought that was great! Once the work started, I felt comfortable. The techs all knew their role and were very organized — wasting no time fulfilling each task. Afterward, the work was thoroughly explained and I was also given a list of recommended services at certain vehicle mileage intervals. This makes the second trip to this service center, and I've made it my go-to for basic vehicle service (including more involved maintenance/upkeep jobs that are offered). The entire team working at the Joplin, MO Valvoline deserve to be rewarded for going above and beyond - not once, but twice! Thanks for showing that true customer service still exists!"
"I got a conventional oil change for $26.99 through Groupon. Oil change took less than 15 minutes. Robert and Jimmy were very friendly and professional. At no point did I feel like I was being upsold on any products or services. I have recommended this place to others and will be back. Thank you Robert and Jimmy."
